If you are wondering to change GTA V language to english then just download patch and follow the given below instructional.



To change the language to English, use GTA5_ENG.reg
or
Press Win + R, enter regedit and do the following
1. Open the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
2. Open the SOFTWARE
3. Open Wow6432Node
4. Open Rockstar Games
5. Select the Grand Theft Auto V
6. Need to change these settings on the:

"PatchVersion"="1.0.323.1"
"Language"="en-US"
"Game Version"="\"1.00.0000"\"
"Game Type"="Full"
